A piñata is fun way to celebrate a childs birthday and not only! Surely, almost everyone has seen an image or video showing a piñata at a birthday party. Eventhough it is not a Greek tradition, but is mostly associated with Mexico, it is still a fun craft to do.
It is a container often made of papier-mâché that is decorated, and filled with small toys or candy, or both, and then broken as part of a ceremony or celebration.
Even thought piñatas come in various shapes in sizes a very traditional and common design is that of, you guessed it, a donkey! How much more fun can donkeys be anyway?
